Dr. Kamal Ghosh Ray

Dr. Kamal Ghosh Ray is regarded as a distinguished and prominent finance practitioner-scholar with deep expertise in complex M&A transactions, business valuation, strategy, and a business leader’s trainer. He is involved in training senior management teams for Adani, L&T, HCL, Airtel, Alstom, ABB, and many more.

Has advised organisations in sectors like infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology on both buy- and sell-side M&A. He was awarded a Senior Honorary Fellowship from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (IMAA) in Vienna. He’s also a part of an international core group researching M&A, along with scholars from Manchester University Business School (UK) and Tuck School of Business (USA). The 900-page book authored by him, Mergers and Acquisitions: Strategy, Valuation and Integration (2nd Edition, 2023), has been highly acclaimed internationally. He has several research publications on M&A in high-ranked international journals.

Sanjib Das

Sanjib Das, a sr. consultant of Ray M&A, is a BE(Mechanical) and an MBA from Jadavpur University. He is an expert in corporate restructuring and turnaround strategy in terms of product development, process improvement, and quality enhancement.

His vast experience in industries like iron & steel, energy, health care, infrastructure, textile, engineering, transportation, power transmission, F&B, refractory, logistics, and ESG makes the team worthy of its mission. He brings in deep knowledge of the problems, solutions, and opportunities in SMEs to the talent pool of Ray M&A. Mr. Das’s unique professional advice to SMEs benefited them immensely.

Pushkal Pandey

Puskal Pandey, a B.Tech & M.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, has vast experience in the construction industry in various capacities. Mr. Pandey’s expertise in finance, capital market, financial derivatives, supply chain, and project management is noteworthy. His management training skills are sought after by MNCs.

Dr. Badri Singh Bhandari

Dr. Badri Singh Bhandari, a PhD from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, has vast experience in finance and policy development. His illustrious career includes significant contributions to many financial regulations in the country. He was a Whole-Time Member (Economics) at the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority. Dr. Bhandari held key positions in the Government of India, including: Economic Adviser, Planning Commission (now NITI Aayog), Economic Adviser, Director, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, besides was a member of the Indian Economic Service.
